Day 20: Fall: Time For Harvest

Day 20: Fall: Time For Harvest

Fall is a season of promise! After a long season of work and effort, we now have abundance. If we didn’t grow weary in well doing, we are set to reap a harvest. Fall is the time of harvest. It’s a time when we gather the fruit of our labor and store it up for the winter to come.

Fall is a time where the physical evidence of our hard work during previous seasons materializes. I love the phrase, “Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap, but by the seeds that you plant.” This is what Fall is about. It’s the tangible proof of the seeds you have been sowing. Remember, there is no such thing as overnight success, just like there is no such thing as an overnight harvest. So, if you have a harvest… CELEBRATE! You planted the right seeds!
